IMPORTANT NOTE: The side table can hold up to 10 kg (22 lbs) when the weight is evenly distributed across the surface and the toolbox is filled to ensure stability. Uneven distribution of weight or an unfilled toolbox may result in table breakage and/or toolbox tipping. Please ensure you assemble the brackets and adaptors correctly, and do not use the products if they are cracked, chipped, or broken. Please exercise caution and use your discretion when using these brackets to ensure safe usage. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Step-by-Step Assembly Instructions for the TOP table:

Step 1: Locate the center of your wood table by following steps A to C. Please mark these points on the bottom surface of the wood table where the brackets will be assembled.

A. Measure the width of your wood table and mark the center using a pencil. Repeat this process at different points along the table's width to establish a vertical line of center points.

B. Measure the length of your wood table and mark the center using a pencil. Repeat this process at different points along the table's length to establish a horizontal line of center points.

C. Locate the center of your table where the two lines intersect.

Step 2:  Align the horizontal and vertical lines of the provided drill sheet with the lines you drew on the wood table. Ensure the center point of the drill sheet aligns precisely with the center of your wood table. Secure the drill sheet with tape to prevent misalignment during in the next step.

Step 3: Use the screws provided to lightly screw them into the indicated drill spots. Do not fully tighten the screws at this stage; they are only intended to mark the areas for assembly.

Step 4: Remove the drill sheet. Align the four brackets with the marked screw spots and ensure the brackets are facing the correct direction for assembly (see the photo below). For proper alignment with the Packout, ensure the narrower part of the brackets is pointing towards the back side of the table, where the distance between the edge of the wood and the bracket is smaller.

Step 5: Tighten the screws halfway - this partial tightening allows the brackets to find their proper position as they settle into the grooves of the Packout.

Step 6: With the brackets half secured, test the fitment by assembling the wood table onto your Packout. Position the table on your Packout with the brackets facing the correct orientation, and push them into place for assembly.

Step 7: Once you've confirmed that the assembled brackets fit your Packout correctly, remove the table by pushing it towards the front of the Packout while ensuring the brackets remain in place. Tighten the screws to finalize their fitting, but avoid over-tightening as it may damage the brackets and wood.

Step-by-Step Assembly Instructions for the SIDE Tables:

Step 1Assembly the adaptors and folding shelf brackets together by following steps A to C.

1A. Prepare the 4 sets of screws: Take the provided screws and insert a lock washer followed by a flat washer onto each Phillips Pan Head Machine screws.

1B. Ensure the orientation of the adaptor and brackets is correct for assembly. Confirm that the two holes in the adaptor align with the holes in the stem of the bracket.

1C. Once properly aligned, join the adaptor and bracket together by tightening them using the prepared screw sets. Repeat this process for the other adaptor-bracket assembly.

Step 2: Install the prepared adaptor-bracket on the preferred side of your Packout by following steps A to D.

2A. Adaptors come with preassembled set-screw. Ensure that the set screw is in line with the product and not protruding out of the product to be able to successfully insert the bar through.

2B. Unscrew the aluminum bar using a Phillips head screwdriver. Pull down the aluminum bar to create enough space for the adaptor to fit in. Align the product with the aluminum bar, and insert and push the part onto the bar.

2C. Push the aluminum bar back to its original place and tighten the aluminum bar using a Phillips head screwdriver.

2D. Adjust the adaptor on the bar at the desired position and tighten the set screw using an Allen Wrench. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN, YOU MIGHT DAMAGE THE PART!!

2E. Repeat this process for the other adaptor-bracket assembly.

Step 3 Assembly of the wood on the brackets.

3A. Extend the brackets and place the wood piece on them. Before assembly, adjust its position as desired, ensuring it is aligned with the tabletop.

3B. Once the final position is determined, use a pencil to mark the areas on the underside of the wood table where the wood will be screwed to the brackets.

3C. Remove the wood piece and place it on a flat surface. Lightly screw a provided Phillips flat head wood screw into the marked drill spots. Do not fully tighten the screws at this stage; this is only intended to mark the areas for assembly.

3D. Place the wood piece back on the brackets, ensuring the marked areas align with the bracket openings. Tighten each Phillips flat head wood screws securely, but avoid over-tightening to prevent damage to the wood.

You are done! Enjoy your new extended table!
